I use this with a Loomis 1-piece 7wt rod to throw heavy streamers in teh PNW salt. It casts well and is nice to manage. A bargain price for the performance.

Love this for fishing some good size streamers for land lock and big brookies up here in Maine! 10/10 would buy again

I have a 7wt lined up with this line and have used it for northerns and bull trout. It casts heavily weighted flies as well as can be expected and it easy and comfortable to handle.

This line casts very well, but I find that the Max Short works better for most small-med size rivers. If you need to get down very deep on long casts, this Max Long is the line you want. It will work in shallower water if you are stripping fast.

Had great success using the WF6/7S (200gr) line on my 7wt in Slovenia. It turns over big flies with ease and gets them down nicely.

Bought this line to go with St Croix Bank Robber 6wt. as recommend by Kelly Galloup. I'm a beginner at streamers. This line casts good for a begineer flycaster. Was able to turn over articulated flies with ease. probably won't be able to get out anymore this year. Looking forward to next year.

First time using this line. I saw in some youtube videos and Kelly Galloup nailed it. Great for getting streamers down in the zone.
