Excellent Net ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5

Perfect size for a wading net. Quality is very good, as you would expect from Fishpond. Rubber net bag makes releasing fish much easier than traditional net bags. Light weight makes net not noticeable behind your back hanging from a retractor. Highly recommended.

Purchased this net as a gift. Works great with the Simms Guide vest and fishpond retractor. Not too small nor too large for chasing natives on super skinny water.

I've always gone cheap on my nets in the past. I decided to up my game from those flimsy bamboo nets and I couldn't be happier. The Fishpond net is lightweight and very nice to handle. Other than that, it holds fish just fine.

This is a solid net, and is very well constructed. It doesn't slip when wet, it floats (Always a plus), and the small polygonal pattern of the net makes it perfect for small native brookies, as well as for the occasionally lunker. This replaced an older net of mine that just wasn't suited to smaller fish, and I am so glad I got it.

Lightweight, good attachment point. Top quality net. Holds hogs if you can catch them!

Very durable, light, and easy to hike with. Attaches to my sling pack without much added weight.

doesn't get any better ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5

From a wading point this net doesn't get any better, supper light and sturdy. Attached to the back of a vest and you forget it is even there. The handle is a little too short for the fishpond wading belt system. However, for vests or sling packs it is about perfect.

This is surprisingly light and sturdy. It's still a bit large for small stream fishing or backpacking. I wish Fishpond makes smaller nets.
