These are wonderful. Best there is I would say. I fish a very slippery creek and I am so secure with these on. The straps are connected where they won't wear and fail and are the best strap system there is. . They strap on very secure and there is no concern about losing one. Other types I have used I would tie extra cord around the boot so that if one did come off I wouldn't lose it. I like the screw in studs! I've worn these 5 times so far and they are great. I like how these surround your bootfoot making them as if they are part on the boot. Time will tell how well they will hold up.
