This reel has a great drag system. I like how it clicks when reeling in and while drag is released. Also is very easy to switch out spools. After taking this out fishing once I decided I needed a spare spool because I liked it so much.

My only complaint was not ordering the combo with 2 spare spools. I bought this in smoke and its gorgeous. The drag is very smooth and all parts seem very well made and flawless. This was out of stock and I made a purchase with another brand. Without naming the other, I'm glad I ordered this one when it was back in stock. No brainer for this price!
