I bought this kit as an upgrade to the cheapo tools that came with a different fly tying kit. They are way better and this is a decent price and a very nice protective case as well. I wish there were 2 different types of scissors though. It would be nice to ditch the bodkin for that.

This set is the improved version of the old Loon tying kit. The whip finish tool is the only bad thing in the kit, my personal opinion.

i bought this recently and it's been a nice kit to get started tying flies. you need to buy a vice in addition to this tool kit.
