TWO TONE SAN JUAN WORM
Most rivers produce a population of aquatic worms, or annelids, reaching 1 to 3 inches. They can appear in many colors, but typically look like a small earthworm. This pattern was first developed for the San Juan River in New Mexico. As we have all learned, fish will gladly take this pattern in nearly any place you fish. Drift it as a dropper or tandem rig when nothing else is working. You should always have a few colors of San Juan Worms in your box, just in case.
