PATAGONIA R1 GLOVES
Patagonia R1 Gloves keep your hands toasty warm and nimble even in the freezing rain, icy wind and cold water of winter. The thin, flexible 1.5mm smoothskin neoprene outer stops wind and shrugs off moisture, while the soft, fast-drying 100% recycled polyester lining locks in warmth. Three-panel, stitched-and-glued construction with anatomically placed seams provides remarkable formfitting comfort, dexterity and durability. Bartacks reinforced critical seams for additional strength. Steelheaders and cold weather anglers, these gloves are a game-changer!

I have had these gloves for 1 year so they have been through 1 winter of fishing. They are just as warm as conventional fabric gloves but come without the issues related to snagging your hook on fabric and worrying about getting them wet. I have no problem handling fly line , dehooking fish, and casting with these gloves on. However, if you are needing to retie a fly or your tippet, they will be too bulky to keep them on. My hands are comfortable fishing in mid 20 and 30 degree weather with these gloves on. However, if it is colder, you hands will be cold. That works for me because I don't fish when it is really really cold out. I would recomend these gloves.
