    RIO INTOUCH STRIPER FLY LINE

RIO’s InTouch Striper lines are built with RIO’s ultralow stretch ConnectCore Technology for the modern striper angler, with easy casting, front-loaded heads. There are three line types within this series: 1) A full floating line, 2) an intermediate sinking line with luminous running line, and 3) A series of 30 ft long sinking head lines with intermediate running lines. Each sinking line is density compensated and allows anglers to stay in touch with the fly. Welded loops on both ends of all lines make for fast rigging.

    FEATURES

    • Ultra-low stretch ConnectCore for maximum performance
    • Front biased weight to load rods at close range
    • Density compensation on sinking lines
    • Luminous running line on intermediate line for night fishing

Use this for stripers in NH. Easy to cast from the shore. I even use it bass fishing when throwing heavy flies

This review is a bit of an odd one . I have used more lines than I can even remember or care to list . However this line for my north east salt water application has been the best by a country mile . So much so that I order in an 8 wt float 9 wt intermediate 10 wt float and sink. The strange part about it is it’s THIS particular line that is incredible...not the brand per say . I have not so great experiences with the outbound short line.

I had bought this in the floating version, and now I bought the 400grain sink tip, it is once again, amazing, I could not be happier with it, it is slick, casts a mile, and gets the fly to the fish. I would recommend this to anyone fishing cold water

This is a great line - casts well and in low light easy to see - used it for albies and stripers out of Montauk and my friend the guide loved it too!

This is the best sink tip line I’ve found for saltwater. Gets the flies down in the strike zone where the fish are at.

I recently bought this line as a replacement for a SA line that broke on me while fishing. I have the WF8F and I am so glad I bought this line, low stretch. floats great. gradual 30ft front taper (so not a shooting head line). loads my 8wt and my 9wt amazingly, if you need a way to lightly present flies or throw 100ft on an 8-10 wt line to spooky stripers/blues/albies with/out wind or just blind casting, this is the line for you.

I had been fishing Sci Angler and Orvis lines - they were little light on my Sage X 8 & 9 - these lines pair beautifully with the rods - added 15 feet no problem.
