Introducing our Spey Lite collection, and the Integrated Skagit Spey line. Designed for light double-handed duty and with a short, powerful head, the Skagit Lite is ideal for smaller streams and trout Spey applications. Available in grain weights from 150-360, this two-colored line features a textured, black marker at the end of the head that serves as a visible, and audible, notification on where to begin your cast. Works perfectly with our SONAR Sinking Leaders and textured TC Tips. From dredging for steelhead to swinging streamers for trout, the Skagit Lite is Spey on a smaller scale.

Love this on my switch rod and my 10ft single hand rod. Helps to get a little more distance when throwing big stuff and indicators. Great for swinging.

This line works great for swinging and nymphing on small steelhead streams in Oregon I have two of these lines for different rods and I love them. I add a 4' floating cheater (extention) line when i need a longer anchor for longer casts. Very supple and nice demarction with sound feedback at the back of the shooting head.

Gets under the surface just enough for a great swing, Great for riffles. No loop to loop to deal with going through the guides. Running line shoots well.

I purchased this to replace an integrated skagit line from another manufacturer after it came apart on me while casting, towards the end of my first season with it. I was disappointed to not get a whole season out of it so I decided to give this brand a chance. Initial impression is good. It has a good feel to it and shoots well. I like the color scheme and the audible reference point but time will tell regarding longevity. I actually don't use this line for much spey casting but rather to overhead cast large streamers, so I run a size lighter than if I were spey casting with it, (240 gr on my 907 Recon). I like the shorter style heads for casting bulky flies in windy conditions and for that, this line excels.

I paired this line up with my Redington Hydrogen Trout Spey 4wt and it's a great combination. The line has a big chunky head capable of chucking some large flies. I got the 300gr line to match my 4wt Hydrogen. The benefit of the integrated head is you can strip the head right guides, so if you like to do more than just swing and strip all the way in, this line is perfect for you. The line also has both visual and audible markers to help you see and hear where the head begins. Yet more great quality from SA.
