I have never owned TFO before this reel. I can say without a doubt that the materials used in this TFO reel is up to par with the best name brands on the market!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I started buying TFO because their prices were the best. But I can honestly say they are my main gear due to their quality and service if you ever need it. 10+ years and not a single issue with any of their gear.
