Most orders ship within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2:00PM Eastern Time normally ship the same day or the next business day. If there will be any delay with shipping your order, we'll contact you right away. Our shipping department ships orders Monday - Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING LOCATION All orders are shipped quickly from our centrally located Dayton, Ohio facility. On rare occassions, we will ship an order directly from the manufacturer, if we ran out of stock or the order will reach you faster.
We offer Free Ground Shipping in the United States On All Orders of $75.00! For Orders less than $75.00, USPS Priority Shipping, UPS Ground, and Fed Ex Ground are available for a small cost, usually under $9. We also offer Free Worldwide Shipping on orders of $1000 or more! For expedited or international shipping (Less than $1000), shipping cost is $95 through UPS. Due to COVID conditions, USPS is shown to be unreliable on delivery within a standard timeframe.
DELIVERY TIME Standard Free Shipping will deliver in the U.S. within 2-6 business days from the time we ship your order. This does not includes weekends or holidays. International orders will arrive on average 10-21 days after shipment, depending on potential delays with your country's customs office.
If you have a required deadline that your order must be received by, please communicate this to the ReelFlyRod Pro Staff. We will make sure your order arrives in time. Typically, our standard free shipping will arrive between 2-6 business days. If you think there may be a chance your order won't arrive by your deadline, please choose a guaranteed express shipping option so your order will arrive in plenty of time.
Orders shipping outside of the U.S. may be subject to additional customs VAT, import duties and/or taxes. These fees are beyond our control, vary by country, and are not included in the shipping price. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Let's keep this simple. We want you to be happy. We will do everything within reason to make sure you are completely satisfied with both our service and our products. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or wish to return it for an exchange or refund, please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA#). Then simply return the Item(s) to us in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, along with your RA# within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Order the wrong size or the wrong item? No problem, we'll make it easy! We will quickly arrange to get you the correct item without any hassle or fuss. Items will be accepted for an exchange if they have not been used in any way and are received back as new, unused merchandise, with the original packaging. Any returned items that are not in brand new, resell-able condition, have been used in any way, or are missing any of the original packaging cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Custom orders (i.e. a reel hand loaded with a specific fly line and backing) may be subject to a restocking fee. ReelFlyRod reserves the right to choose whether to deny a return and return the item(s) to you, or to accept the returned item(s) with a 20% restocking fee. If a restocking fee is necessary, you can choose to have us send the item(s) back to you, or receive a refund less the restocking fee. As long as items are returned in brand new and unused condition, with tags/original packaging, we will not charge any fees for a return. Once the return is accepted, you will be fully refunded within 2-3 business days back to your original payment method.
Each of our rod manufacturers back their products with a 25-year or Lifetime Warranty and each maintains their own repair/warranty department. The good news is, only about 2% of rod failures are due to manufacturer defects. Fly rods are incredible strong when used as intended and will rarely break. However, any scratch, small nick, or slight fracture of the rod surface can lead to rod failure. This usually happens when we aren’t fishing - or if we are fishing, its when a fly impacts the rod while casting. We understand that accidents do happen. Trust us, we’ve broken our share of rods. If your rod arrives in a damaged condition, or breaks shortly after receiving it, we’ve got you covered. We’ll replace it with a new rod along with a return label for the broken rod. After 14 days, we’ll refer you to the manufacturer’s repair department to have the rod repaired or replaced. It’s more expedient and efficient to work directly with the manufacturer rather than adding additional steps with ReelFlyRod as the middleman. We’re happy to help facilitate the repair process with the manufacturer should you break your rod for whatever reason.
