Bought this line as a 2wt for my Hardy Ultralite rod. Expected a “standard” performance but was surprised by great handling and shooting properties. Highly recommend.

just received this line earlier today (4wt). loaded it onto my 8' creek rod and took it straight out. awesome line. smooth, delicate, yet has the power to turn over both larger terrestrials and indicators.

I use this line on my glass 4 and 5 wts and it works great. I’m using throwing dries or small wet flies. The line is true to weight, lands gently, and the long head make mending and longer casts a breeze.

Just purchased this 3wt line and can't wait to fish with it. Thanks to RFR I get what I need when I need it in short order. Great company to buy from. Highly recommended. Tight lines.

This is an excellent fly line good in most fishing situations

Great long belly for mending while swinging wets downstream. Subtle presentation. This is my second copy of this line. The welded loop failed after one season on the last line, but a nailknot is no reason in my mind to drop a star.

I threw this line on my 3wt, which gets used for dries and some light nymphing. It's done both well and I haven't had any issue with the performance at all. I would rate it a tad stiffer than RIO gold but not in a bad way. It floats well and is easily visible. All in all, I would buy again

The Scientific Anglers Trout Line is one of the best trout lines I've used. I like the presentation I'm able to achieve with this line. It casts well. I think this is a good all-around line that I will use for a long time -- I've read it's durable!

This is my go-to trout line. I really, really like this line and the way that it balances delicate presentations with the kind of castablity that suits a wide range of fishing situations. The long belly of the line is great for distance casting, but it loads up well in close. I primarily fish moderate action rods that do best with true-to-weight lines, and this is great. I've found it to be more durable than major competing line makers, and it floats really well. It also shoots through the guides really nicely. There isn't much I'd do differently if I could design my own fly line. I think Scientific Anglers knocked it out of the park with this one.
