I am a true convert to RIO products. I have used a lot of different fly lines, leaders, and tippets over the years, and RIO has become my go brand. Their products are high quality and still economical. In particular, the leaders and tippet ar strong, but don't have a twisted up memory. They cast smooth and lay out gently on every cast.

These are the best leaders... they are strong and you can catch anything on them. I have casted midges, bluegill bees, boogle bugs, and dry flies. I have caught largemouth, bronze backs, bluegill, rock bass, and panfish. As long as you don't change your fly everyday these leaders will last months before they break

In my opinion, this leader is the best one. very high knot strength, very high line strength, and low diameter. And for the price it is great, you can get a 3 pack and it saves you a bit of money. and don't throw away a cut back leader, add heavier tippet to it and use it for streamers!

Perfect combination of performance and value.
These leaders perform well(turn a fly over well, durable, good knot strength, shock resistance...) and the price is very reasonable... especially in the 3 pack!
What’s not to like?
