Love these gloves. Being fair-skinned, it doesn't take much for me to burn and these offer great protection without getting in the way of tying on new tippet or flies.

Comfortable and light weight, although they do loose their shape a bit when wet. Does what it needs to and the stripping pads really help when dealing with big fish.

Nothing ruins a fishing vacation faster than sunburned hands. Take it from me ... I know. That's why I won't go on any trip without my Simms Solarflex Sun Gloves. In fact, I have two pairs! They also are great for protecting my hands from the ravages of stripping line. Try them. No fishing trip should happen without a good pair of gloves. And these are the best.

These gloves saved my butt when we were fishing and it was 100 out, no sunburn on the hands which is something we typically forget to protect. As usual the construction is fantastic and they fit like a glove!
