Purchased this net in the River armor finish and am glad I did. It has held up really well despite being subjected to quite a bit of abuse on boulders in the creek I fish. The length is just right without being too long I also have the guide version and found it to be too long for most of my solo fishing.

I use the fishpond sling bag and I was struggling to find a net with the perfect handle length for the bags net sleeve. I knew about this net but initially i didn't want to spend this much money. After looking a dozens of nets I couldn't find an alternative that has a long handle and is a quality net. I bought this and I don't regret it! The quality is awesome and I love the handle length in combination with my sling pack.

I received my fishpond nomad mid-length net in the river armor pattern last week. My first thought was that I couldn’t believe how light the net was overall. At nearly double the length of my no-brand net, they were almost identical in weight. It looks incredible and has a great grip feel in the hand as well. The quality of the construction appears top notch and looks like it will last a long time. There’s not really much to say about a net, since there are plenty of times having one with you won’t make a difference one way or another. There have also been plenty of times for me that the extra handle length would have made all the difference and now I won’t have to worry about it. I love the way the net looks and I can’t wait to get some more use out of it!
