NEW LAMSON LITESPEED F -5+ FLY REEL
The New Lamson Litespeed F series reels. Perfect for any freshwater application on rivers and lakes, the LSF chassis is based on the conical system found in other Lamson reels with the addition of a click stop drag knob and a unique spring set that creates a linear progression of torque with very fine resolution at the light end of its range. The LSF spool and frame architecture is super-arbor in scale for high retrieve, but while also machined slotted for an open look to promote line drying and, of course, reduce weight. As the 6th series of the Litespeed generation, the LSF is the lightest, strongest, and smoothest version yet!

Absolutely beautiful. Very smooth with great drag system

With so many choices what sets this reel apart? Like another reviewer stated it's smooth and quiet. BUT it does have a good sound. Some reels are overly noisy, some sound tinny or whiney. This has a good sound, good solid feel, and has a large arbor so line pickup is quick. I have both Whiskey (7wt) and Fuego (5wt) colors. I have also had Hatch Fanatic, Ross Animas, & Ross Evolution R and prefer the Litespeed F in these sizes.

dont have this in whiskey color (love the look though) but do have in other color....NICE reel...sure and steady. love it.
