I have to admit, I always wondered why bass (baitcasting) line would come in a stealth green (such as my beloved 12 lb Big Game Green used for plastic worms and tube baits) but all the fly line tippet I have ever seen is clear. This is the first tippet (and I have been flyfishing for 35 years) that I have ever seen in a translucent green that is nearly completely invisible in tinted water. Teamed this in 3x with my SA Bass leader (separate review) and have been having a blast with my 6wt ZXL pulling out largemouth when I can't be in the mountains pulling out (and releasing) 'bows, cutts, and browns!
