The 5wt 11'0" is the perfect trout, bass, or light steelhead switch rod for narrower streams and rivers. We find this 5wt switch rod to be one of the best weights for Erie Tributaries, or swinging for larger rainbows and browns on Tailwater rivers. Load this with a RIO Switch fly line, or go with a shorter Skagit style shooting head with MOW tips. The Sage X switch will have the accuracy, power, and feel to command the water.
