Magnet works very well. Net stays firmly connected but not too hard to pull off when you have a fish on the line and magnet easily reattaches. The bungee is a nice feature but it can get tangled on the net when trying to put it back on your vest.

An essential item to securely contain your net. Strong and compact, and very reliable. If you buy a nice net, this is cheap insurance.

Great magnet holder for your net. I’ve had it out for one fish/hike so far and made it back to the truck with net intact. The small ‘carabiner’ that comes with it should be promptly thrown into the trash.

After using old magnets, I almost gave up using magnets to secure my net. It's always good to give one last chance! These magnets are much stronger but much smaller than my old ones. I am now comfortably climb and jump with my net!
