NEW! RIO PREMIER CREEK FLY LINE
New for the 2021 fishing season, RIO’s Creek line has been designed for anglers that fish small creeks and streams. The line loads at close range, allowing anglers to make short casts of 10 to 15 feet with ease, yet has enough body and head length for those occasions when a longer cast is needed. Each line is built on a supple coldwater core for tangle-free performance, and features SlickCast—the slickest, most durable coating on the market. In addition, the line features MaxFloat Tip Technology, RIO's proprietary tip coating formula that floats more than twice as high as regular line tips, without any increase in diameter.
- Designed to load at close range Ideal for nymphs, dries and small streamers
- Supple coldwater core for tangle-free performance
- Perfect for small creeks, streams and brooks
- Built with RIO's exceptionally slick, durable SlickCast coating
- Dualtone - Marks the sweet spot of a fly line by providing an obvious color change in the line at the sweet spot.
- EasyID- RIO’s printed line marking system that allows anglers to quickly and easily identify each line.
- Front and Back Welded Loop

I'VE USED THE RIO CREEK SERIES FLY LINE FOR WEIGHTS 2 THROUGH 5 WITH GREAT SUCCESS. I HAVE RODS FROM DIFFERENT MANUFACTURERS AND THE CREEK SERIES LOADS THEM ALL PERFECTLY FOR THE SMALL STREAMS I FISH.

This line coils a bit more than I would like but I’m sure it’s because it is wrapped on such a small reel. It can be straightened easily and either way it shoots really well. I like it.

Got this for my 7'6" rod and it works great for short casts in confined areas. Should have bought this sooner.

I purchased this Rio Creek line for a T&T 7'6" 4 WT rod which I use on small streams (that may still contain some larger fish). The line really brought the rod alive and made it easy to cast both dry and nymphs in tight quarters. A great line.
